The Shadow XMaxx Tree is a car that could be obtained by completing the All Thru The Night achievement, which required racing 300 times in a session with a holiday car during the 2012 Xmaxx Event, or by completing the It's Back!!! achievement, which required completing 500 races with a holiday car during the 2018 Xmaxx Event. It could also be obtained by purchasing the Xmaxx Sale bundle.

- With only 28 players obtaining this car during the 2012 Xmaxx Event, it was the rarest event car of all time before its re-release in 2018.

This car was the winner of one of the polls; therefore, it was meant to be a finalist. Ultimately, this did not occur, as according to Travis, many players email Support upon seeing this car, thinking that its existence is a bug.
