The Missile Toe H&T is a car that could be obtained by completing the Missile Toe H&T achievement, which required using 1,000 nitros with a holiday car during the 2017 Xmaxx Event. It could also be obtained by reaching Rank 7 during Season 50, which required earning 120K XP and having a Gold Membership. It was also made available for purchase from the Shop. See below

- This car's name is a pun on the plant mistletoe, and the words missile and toe.
- Its stripes are similar to those on the Missile Toe and the Corsa Xmaxx LT-C.
- It is one of two cars with an ampersand (&) in its name, with the other being the Gingerbread Racer H&T.
