The Hang Eleven is a car that could be obtained by completing the Drivin' Fancy Cars achievement, which required completing 700 races with a summer car during the 2013 Summer Event. It was also made available for purchase from the Shop. See below

- On June 7, 2013, Andrew1167 became the first person to obtain this car.
- This was one of the few if any event cars to receive any visual design changes into v2, with the most notable changes being the removal of four of its exhaust pipes and the lack of flames. Because of this, many players complained and inquired into the issue. It is unknown why this change was ever made.
- This is one of few cars that have a scrapped variant. Some others include the Flux M300's original v1 variant and the Liberty S7's one color variation which used to be in the game's code.
- The rider on this car is identical to the rider on The Hydro Planer, I'm Spicy!, Hang Ten, Floaty Blue, and the Hang Fifteen.
- This car's front and rear spoilers, axles, and wheels are the similar to the ones on the The Pirc.
- On May 1, 2021, it received a v3 redesign and an animation.
- While the variants of this car, the Hang Ten and Hang Fifteen, have the same surfboard as the Liberty Classic and the Liberty '41 Woodie Deluxx respectively, this car does not use the surfboard of another car.
- There is a glitch where the rider's helmet changes color while in the painting preview; however, its color doesn't change on the animated version.
