- It is one of two cars that include an omega symbol (Ω) in its name, with the other being the Corsa 8Ω.
- This car was originally proposed by Syed on Discord.
- The full car was first shared on Discord on May 25, 2019, the day that Season 21 was originally going to start.
- According to former Nitro admin asssa123, this car was named after him (hence the "123").
- It features the same red-to-yellow gradient as the Liberty Danger 9.
- On August 20, 2020, an animated redesign was teased alongside the new HD track; however, an animated version has yet to be released.
- Its return was teased when Nitro Type Hub announced a car tournament with the winner re-released in the Shop. Instead, the Hang Eleven was chosen.
- Its name was Alpha Romero 123Ω until May 3, 2021.
